New Delhi:

The Delhi authorities on Wednesday issued tips for screening and dealing with of passengers on their return to town airport from overseas by repatriation flights amid the COVID-19-induced lockdown.

In an order, the Delhi heath division mentioned that is in view of the deliberate phased return of Indian nationals stranded overseas by the Ministry of Exterior Affairs in coordination with the Indian Missions abroad.

The order issued by the Delhi well being secretary mentioned tips have been issued for screening and dealing with of such passengers on their return to town airport to mitigate the potential of unfold of COVID-19.

Passengers returning to Delhi airport shall be quarantined in a paid facility for 14 days from their date of arrival, the order mentioned.

Air India will function 64 flights from Could 7 to Could 13 to deliver again round 15,000 Indian nationals stranded overseas amid the COVID-19-induced lockdown, Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri had mentioned on Tuesday.
