Governent faculty academics in Vishakhapatnam have been introduced in to manage the huge crowd of tipplers, pushing and shoving one another outdoors liquor retailers, as centre allowed alcohol retailers to reopen.

Assistant Commissioner of the Excise Division, Bhaskar Rao informed ANI over the telephone: “Out of a complete 311 alcohol retailers within the district, 272 retailers are functioning within the district.
